| Roth Heating & Air was featured in an edition of the Better Business Bureau Buyer's Guide. Here's a transcript of the article:
Jim Cole joined Roth Heating and Air Conditioning as its first service technician in 1955. His wife, Bev, joined the company a few years later and in 1984 they became full owners with Jim Cole as president.
Their daughter, Laiketa, joined the company in 1977 making Roth a true family business.
From the beginning, the Coles dedicated themselves to satisfying customers with quality work done promptly, an ethic instilled in all the highly skilled, licensed, bonded full time technicians on the Roth staff.
In 1986, they committed themselves still further to Christian ethics, especially the golden rule.
At that time, said Jim Cole, we put the business under the Lords direction and have never had cause to regret that decision."
The company operates in a 25-mile area around Wichita and prides itself on its extended service hours (8 a.m. to 7 p.m.), and its emergency service any time day or night. The fleet of service trucks with Roths red, white, and blue swivel logo is radio-dispatched for flexibility and speed of service.
This commitment to excellence has had profound results.
Weve had many customers who have been with us from the beginning, said Bev Cole.
Our business has grown primarily through referrals from satisfied customers, she said. To maintain our good reputation, we go the extra mile for our customers.
Its no surprise that alongside Roths unique logo, it also proudly displays the Better Business Bureau logo as a longstanding member of the BBB.
