BLUE RIBBON PLANNED SERVICE (PAY AS YOU GO)

We will contact you for pre-season service every Spring and every Fall.

  • Once the pre-season service has been done, if you have any problems, we come back for the rest of that season at the add-time rate rather than the initial charge.
  • A Blue Ribbon Planned Service customer does not pay overtime if emergency service is needed after regular hours.
  • In addition, Blue Ribbon Planned Service customers get priority service if problems occur over customers who are not on a plan.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (PREFER TO BUDGET)

You receive all the advantages of the Blue Ribbon Planned Service, as well as labor coverage as outlined on agreement for one payment a year.

  • Includes all labor for two maintenance checks: one on your furnace and one on your air conditioner.
  • Includes labor to replace any of the parts listed on Maintenance Agreement if they fail while the plan is in effect.
